We want you to be happy with Chair Side. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and pre-order cancellations work.
Pre-orders
Pre-order payments are collected at the time you order, and your item ships on or around the date shown at checkout (currently July). You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships, just email us and we'll take care of it.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not happy with your cream, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if the tube has been opened. Fully refundable, no hassle.
How to start a return or refund
Reach us through the contact form on our site with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We'll reply with next steps. You don't need to ship an opened tube back unless we ask.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
Shipping
Shipping is free on pre-orders. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
